The AT series pneumatic actuators are comprehensively utilizing new technologies both domestically and internationally. Developed, developed, and designed based on new materials, processes, and innovative concepts. It has the following characteristics:

*Actuators with the same external structure are available in double acting and single acting (spring return) options, with single acting available in normally closed and normally open versions



*The NAMUR standard multifunctional position indicator visually represents the indication, installation, and output of all accessories.

*The piston and end cover are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, with high strength and light weight

*Multiple angular strokes (such as 120 °, 135 ', 180 °, etc.) and three position pneumatic actuators can be provided as needed. The solenoid valve can be installed directly without the need for a link board.



Operating conditions:



Operating medium:



Clean dry or lubricated air or inert gas. Non corrosive gases that are compatible with internal parts and lubricants of the actuator. The dew point temperature of the operating medium is -20C. The size of impurity particles in the medium shall not exceed 30u. When selecting a locator, the size of impurities and particles in the medium used should not exceed 5u.



Air supply pressure:



3 bar to E8 bar



Working environment temperature



Standard type is -20 ℃ to+80 ℃



Low temperature type: -40 ℃ to 80 ℃



High temperature type from -20 ℃ to+160 ℃



lubrication



Under normal usage conditions. The standard version does not require the addition of lubricants. For low or high temperature applications. Special lubricants are required.
