Pneumatic manual wedge gate valves are low support open-stem gate valves with pneumatic actuators (double cylinder with buffering mechanism) and manual and protective mechanisms (manual and self-locking pneumatic to manual changers). The valve adopts double layer cylinder structure, its lifting force is doubled compared with single cylinder pneumatic gate valve. This fundamentally solves the problem that some valve bodies of single cylinder pneumatic gate valves die and can not be opened. Moreover, because the valve has a buffer mechanism, can effectively slow down and light the closing valve, due to the downward impact of the piston caused by the valve plate car sealing surface and valve body sealing surface wear, at the same time, also can avoid the phenomenon of gate jam.
Because of its advanced technology, reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, it has been widely used by petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, sea transportation and other departments as the transmission of gas, liquid medium pipeline opening and closing device.
