Product Overview
The angled basket filter mainly consists of a cylinder, inlet and outlet connecting pipes, inlet and outlet connecting flanges, upper compression flange of the cylinder, and flange cover. Its structure is basically the same as that of a regular basket filter, with the main difference being that the inlet and outlet of this filter form a 90 degree angle in the horizontal direction. This product is suitable for installation in situations where the inlet pipe of valves, pumps, instruments, compressors, or other equipment has a 90 degree bend, and is used to remove large solid impurities in the fluid. When the fluid enters the cylinder through the inlet and flows through a filter basket with a certain specification, solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and clean liquid is discharged from the outlet of the basket filter through the filter basket. When cleaning is required, first unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the cylinder, drain the liquid, then open the detachable cylinder flange cover, take out the filter basket for cleaning, clean it thoroughly, and then reinstall it.
