Product Overview
RZGB-1 New Corrugated Oil Tank flame arrester is a new product designed by Beijing Design Institute of Sinopec Corporation. It has passed the inspection of Tianjin Fire Science Research Institute of the Ministry of * according to the GB5908-86 standard of the People's Republic of China. It is widely used in oil tanks. It is an ideal product to prevent accidental fire from entering the tank and preventing accidents.
Applicable scope
The flame arrester is applicable to pipelines, Class A with flash point lower than 28 ℃, oil products, hydrogen oxygen liquefaction, kerosene, diesel oil, methylbenzene, crude oil, etc. with flash point lower than 60 ℃. It can be used together with breather valve or used alone. It is on the vent pipe of inner floating roof oil tank, and on the vent pipe of underground oil tank of gas station.
Repair and maintenance
1. In order to ensure that the performance of the flame arrester can reach the purpose of safe use, the flame arrester should be checked and maintained regularly.
2. The flame arrester shall be checked every six months to check whether the core of the flame retardant layer is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc.
3. The core of the blocked flame retardant layer should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole on the core is unobstructed. For deformed and corroded flame retardant layers, they should be replaced.
4. When reinstalling the core of the fire retardant layer, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and free from air leakage.
