Product Overview
This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water distribution pipeline to remove air accumulated in the pipeline and improve the efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. When negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, this valve quickly sucks in external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to negative pressure. Mainly used in water supply systems, firefighting, and agricultural irrigation.

Product Features
1. Exquisite and advanced mechanical design, with sturdy and durable floating balls, can prevent damage caused by sudden water hammer.
2. Before the water level rises to push the floating ball seal exhaust hole; Even when the compressed air velocity reaches the speed of sound, the floating ball can still stay at the bottom position.
3. There are no arms or levers to prevent vibration and detachment issues.
4. There is a stainless steel sleeve on the outside of the floating ball to ensure that it slides within the set guide rail.
5. The bottom rubber anti-collision pad has the function of protecting the floating ball from collision during descent. Under negative pressure, it can achieve rapid drainage and suction functions through a well-designed enough number of holes.
6. The upper filter screen, as an optional component, has the function of safety protection and preventing insects or birds from entering.
7. The inner and outer parts of the valve body are coated with epoxy resin, which can achieve a longer service life.
8. The manufacturing standards comply with GJ/T 217, BS EN 1074-3, and AWWA C512.
9. Flange drilling and dimensions shall comply with GB/T 17241.6, BSEN 1092, BS EN 558, and ANSI specifications.
