Product Design Features
The lining ball valve uses a ball with a circular hole as the opening and closing member, and the ball rotates around the center line of the body with the stem to open and close the valve. The special molding process is adopted to make the sealing surface dense and good; besides, with the combination of V-type PTFE padding, the valve is made to reach zero leakage. The ball and the stem are cast as one piece, which eliminates the possibility that the stem punches out of the pressure-bearing part due to the pressure change, thereby ensuring the safety in use. The ball valve with a fluoroplastic lining layer has extremely high chemical stability, and thus it is suitable for any strongly corrosive chemical media. With the full-pass floating ball valve structure, it can close the component leakage in the entire pressure range, so that the pipeline system carries out pipeline cleaning and pipeline maintenance。
